Our economy
I live in one of the best towns in the world ! Apparently the economy doesn’t affect our town. No layoff's here either, and no payroll cuts. What the heck is wrong with the politicians in this country, as well as Washington ? I just read over on the Peninsula daily news website, that they are going to be adding free WiFi to the downtown area, at a cost of $3.7 million dollars. What the heck are they thinking ? We are constantly ruining our children s education's by cutting back important programs, cutting teachers payrolls, cutting back in every possible area we can, and then you read stuff like this. I assume that this is for all the kids that dropout later in life, so they can search for work, from their stolen computers in the future.

What a bunch of shit, I think Port Angeles has NO ECONOMY at all so really the prices for what they charge will NOT help anyone as that is expensive. Port Angeles has NO jobs and all the skilled workers are leaving and leaving fast.....Mills are barely making it but will close soon and port angeles will be a ghost town with even less services. DSHS, Olycap all the help these people do for community will leave and the poor get poorer and the rich get richer......GOOD BY PORT ANGELES what a joke of a town and its members adding Wi-Fi who gives a shit, add more programs to help people or homeless or even kids in need....WOW
